The team at Arctic 7 (A7) came to Kasvaa after successfully growing and exiting a previous company in the video game development space. Their work specializes in full game and co-development with major video game publishers. In 2021 they decided to leave the company that bought them years ago and start on their own again. In addition to securing contracts from video game publishers, they wanted to increase acceleration through acquisition. 

They brought Kasvaa in to help them prepare the strategy for acquisition and lead the execution of bringing one or more groups into the Arctic 7 umbrella. Kasvaa brought in finance, business planning, and private equity executives to support the process. After analyzing and reaching out to dozens of virtual production and video game companies, Kasvaa shortlisted a few select opportunities and began preparing Letters of Intent (LOIs). The team structured and modeled the offer to ensure an accretive acquisition for both parties. After several months Arctic 7 was able to acquire one of the shortlisted companies and have since added another to its ever-growing portfolio.
